Bosch Capdeferro

Ramon Bosch and Bet Capdeferro are architects graduated by the School of Architecture of Barcelona in 2000 and 1999 respectively. Bet Capdeferro studied the Master in Landscape Architecture at the same school between 1996 and 1998.

 

Since 2003 they work together under the name of arquitectures bosch.capdeferro in the city of Girona. His professional activity in the studio has always been accompanied by teaching experience at the universities Escuela Técnica Superior de arquitectura de Barcelona – UPC BarcelonaTech, ETH de Zürich, Escuela Politécnica Superior de la Universidad de Girona and currently at Cornell University in the state of New York, supported by theory and research into the development of design and construction processes.

 

His work was recognized in 2011 with the Special Mention to the Emerging Architect in the Architecture Awards of the European Union - Mies van der Rohe Award. In 2002 they obtained the Young Architects of Catalonia award and in 2010, 2012 and 2014 the Girona Architecture Prize. In 2011 they were winners of the ASCER Ceramics Award for interiors. They have also been recognized in various editions of the FAD Awards and the ENOR Prize and their work has been selected in two European Landscape Biennials.
